What to wear - you can wear your own briefs or swimwear for 'wet' treatments or many Spas provide disposable briefs.Your therapist should respet your modesty at all times and use 'draping' techniques to ensure your privacy. If padding around in bare feet bothers you, take a pair of thongs or we can provide you with a pair of slippers.

Pregnancy - it's always best to let reception know at the outset if you're pregnant.  Ensure it is noted during your consultation as there are special treatments, considerations and conditions for expectant mums.

Mobile phones - Spas are places of relaxation and tranquility so ensure your phone is in silent mode before you arrive so nobody interrupts your luxurious treatment.

Gift vouchers - if you're lucky enough to be given a gift voucher for a treatment, remember to take it with you!

Re-booking - remember to make your next appointment ideally before you leave, to avoid disappointment.

Relax - and enjoy the experience, and don't be afraid to ask questions.  If you've done your homework, you should feel confident that you're in the hands of caring professionals.
